Terms of Service
Effective Date: Immediately
1. Pricing Transparency
Loadcircle provides clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. All pricing is published publicly and applies uniformly across customers unless a custom Enterprise agreement is in place.
2. No Contracts
Loadcircle does not require long-term contracts. All plans operate on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Fair Use
Loadcircle reserves the right to apply fair-use protections to prevent abuse, including excessive automated job ingestion or routing requests that materially exceed normal operational patterns.
4. Liability Limitation
Loadcircle OS provides routing, compliance, and operational automation as a software service. Loadcircle is not responsible for:
- delays caused by third-party data sources
- incorrect job data provided by customers
- driver behaviour or operational decisions
- regulatory penalties arising from customer misuse
Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid in the previous 30 days.
5. Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all job data, driver data, and operational data. Loadcircle retains rights to anonymised, aggregated data for system optimisation.
6. Service Availability
Loadcircle aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may request SLA terms.
7. Automated Decision-Making
Loadcircle OS includes automated routing, assignment, and compliance checks. Customers must maintain HITM (Human-in-the-Loop) oversight unless explicitly enabling Full Auto Mode.
8. Partner Fleets
Partner fleets onboarded via UUID are subject to the same terms as primary fleets.
