Operator Guide
This guide covers day-to-day use of the Loadcircle Global OS Console for logistics operators.
Getting Started
Navigate to loadcircle.io/console and sign in. The Console is organised into panels accessed via the left sidebar.
Panels
Dashboard
Overview of active drivers, fleet status, and live map. Use this as your home screen for at-a-glance awareness.
Drivers
- Add a driver by entering their UUID (generated when they register via the Driver Portal)
- View driver status: Active, En Route, Offline
- Click a driver to see current job, compliance status, and communication options
Jobs
The Planned Journeys UI is the core of day-to-day operations:
- Search by
loadReforjobnumber - Add a single job manually
- Import jobs from CSV or paste JSON array
- Click any job to see its detail panel with vehicle, driver, status, ETA, and compliance checks
- Use Route Preview to visualise the planned route on the map
- Use Push to Driverto dispatch the job to the assigned driver's mobile device
Job Statuses
- Pending — not yet assigned
- Assigned— driver & vehicle set, awaiting departure
- En Route — driver has accepted and is moving
- Completed — delivered
- Exception — flagged for HITM review
HITM (Human-in-the-Loop Oversight)
The HITM queue surfaces jobs that require operator attention:

Fleet
View vehicle health scores, MOT due dates, and service intervals. Health scores are calculated from telemetry, maintenance records, and inspection data.
Compliance
Alerts for:
- MOT / annual inspection due
- Permit expirations
- Missing driver insurance
- Route restrictions (height, weight, hazmat)
- Cross-border documentation
Partners
Onboard partner carriers and drivers by UUID. Connected partners appear with their status and can be assigned to jobs.
