Partner Guide

This guide explains how partner carriers and drivers connect to and operate within the Loadcircle Global OS.

Overview

Partners are third-party logistics providers who operate their own fleet under the Loadcircle umbrella. Each partner gets a unique Partner ID and can onboard their drivers via UUID registration.

Onboarding

Step 1: Account Creation

Your Loadcircle account manager will provide:

• Partner ID (e.g., TruckRoute-4f8a)
• API Key for programmatic access
• Console access (restricted to your drivers and jobs)

Step 2: Register Drivers

Drivers register via the Driver Portal:

1. Driver creates an account with name, phone, email
2. Driver receives a unique UUID (e.g., uuid-a1b2c3d4)
3. Provide the UUID list to the operator for Console onboarding
4. Operator enters UUIDs in Console > Partners > Add Partner Driver

Fleet Integration

Register vehicles through your account manager. Required:

• Registration / VIN
• Dimensions (height, weight, length)
• ADR / hazmat certifications
• Insurance documents

Receiving Jobs

When an operator dispatches a job to your driver:

1. Driver receives notification in the Driver Portal
2. Driver accepts or rejects within the configured timeout
3. Job moves to En Route status
4. Live tracking shares position with the operator's map

Billing

Partner billing is consolidated monthly:

• $5/driver/month for each active driver
• No per-job fees
• No minimum commitment
• No hardware required
