Vehicle Health Scoring
Each vehicle receives a health score (0–100) based on telemetry, MOT history, service records, and inspection data. Scores update in real time.

| 80–100 | Healthy | No action required |
| 60–79 | Warning | Schedule maintenance |
| < 60 | Critical | Remove from service |
MOT & VehicleScore
MOT due dates and annual inspection records are ingested and tracked automatically. Vehicles without valid MOT are flagged and excluded from job assignment.
Predictive Maintenance
Using telemetry patterns and historical failure data, the system predicts likely component failures before they occur — reducing unplanned downtime.

- Recurring fault codes on the same vehicle
- Unusual mileage patterns
- Expired or expiring inspections
