Driver Portal

The Driver Portal is a web-based PWA that gives drivers access to their assigned jobs, route previews, and status updates from any mobile device.

Access

Navigate to loadcircle.io/driver on any device. The portal is available as a browser PWA — add it to your home screen for app-like access.

Features

• Sign in with your driver UUID
• Job list — see all assigned jobs with pickup, drop-off, and status
• Route Preview — visualise the planned route on a truck-aware map
• Accept / Reject — confirm or decline a pending job
• Confirm Delivery — mark a job as completed at the drop-off location
• Exception reporting — flag issues to the operator for HITM review
• Status toggle — go Online / Offline to control job dispatch

Job Lifecycle (Driver View)

Pending → Accept → En Route → Confirm Delivery → Completed
                  ↘
               Reject (returns to operator)

Notifications

When an operator pushes a job to a driver, the driver receives a browser notification. Notifications are supported on all major browsers and mobile platforms.
