Checks
- Permit lifecycle — apply, renew, and expire permits per vehicle and route
- Tariff & customs intelligence — country-specific duties and documentation
- Country-specific rules — driving hours, cabotage, and entry restrictions
- Document ingestion — OCR and structured data extraction from uploaded files
- Fraud detection — anomaly scoring on documents and driver data
- Hard-rejection logic — block dispatch when compliance thresholds are not met

Integration
The Compliance Engine checks every job at creation and at dispatch. Non-compliant jobs are held in Pending status and surfaced to the HITM Oversight Queue for operator review.
